RecoverPilot is in pilot qualification. We collect only the practice-level information needed to assess fit, plan onboarding, and respond to inbound requests.

Information We Collect

The pilot application asks for contact details, practice name, location, practice management system, approximate practice size, and workflow bottlenecks. Do not send patient health information through the website form or email.

How We Use It

We use submitted information to qualify pilot fit, schedule conversations, estimate integration effort, and define baseline workflow metrics. We do not sell practice information.

Pilot Data

Any access to production practice systems requires a separate onboarding agreement and data-processing terms. Pilot deployments are designed around least-privilege access, audit logging, encrypted transport, and no model training on practice data.
