Does RecoverPilot replace my front-office team?
No. The launch workflow is approval-first and built to reduce queue work: AR follow-ups, copay estimates, CDCP preparation, and denial packet drafting. Your team keeps control of patient-facing judgement calls.
How long does it take to go live?
The pilot target is a same-day technical setup for supported systems, followed by a two-week observation and approval-required period. We confirm timing during onboarding because PMS access and workflow complexity vary by practice.
How do you handle patient data?
RecoverPilot is being designed for Canadian and US dental privacy expectations. Pilot deployments use least-privilege access, encrypted transport, audit logs, and no training on practice data. Final data-processing terms are reviewed before onboarding.
What if a workflow draft is wrong?
Pilot workflows start in approval-required mode. Every recommendation includes the source context and a plain-language rationale so a manager can approve, correct, or reject it before action is taken.
